Statement Of Corporate Values

Aboveline has a zero tolerance of bribery and corruption and is committed to compliance with The Bribery Act 2010. This policy extends to all the Company’s business dealings and transactions in all countries in which it operates. This policy is given force and effect by means of a detailed anti-bribery programme which is regularly monitored and revised to capture changes in law, reputation demands and changes in the business. All management and employees and all contractors and others are required to comply with this policy as a term of their employment or engagement as applicable.

This is our Statement of Corporate Values on Bribery and Corruption:
We will carry out our business fairly, honestly and openly;
We will not make bribes, nor will we condone the offering of bribes on our behalf, so as to gain an unfair business advantage;
We will not accept bribes, nor will we agree to them being accepted on our behalf in order to influence business;
We will avoid doing business with others who do not accept our values and who may harm our reputation;
We will set out our processes for avoiding direct or indirect bribery, and keeping to and supporting our values;
We will keep clear and updated records;
We will make sure that everyone in our business knows our Values;
We will regularly review and update our anti-bribery Program and processes as needed;
We will keep to these Values even when it becomes difficult;
We will do all that we can do to operate in full compliance with the law and we will encourage all of our workforce and business partners to report illegal practices.
